We are now providing in clinic care at our new facility At 22495 Highway 194 in Somerville, TN

Dunlap Equine is now providing haul in and in clinic care for our patients! Dr. Dunlap has been working behind the scenes getting her new facility ready to roll during the past year and a half. Dunlap Equine Services clinic includes:

- 26 stalls, including a complete isolation ward for horses with respiratory diseases and other contagious diseases, 2 mare and foal stalls and 4 ICU stalls.

-A separate outpatient area to keep inpatients and outpatients from coming into contact with one another-so important to prevent disease transmission.

-Our round pen and arena and jogging lane allow us to perform lameness workups on site

-Our ICU stalls are set up for IV fluids, fluid pumps, and advanced care

-Onsite pharmacy

-In house laboratory

-Trailer parking and drives set up for even the biggest over the road professional haulers to bring in horses

-Our radiography and ultrasound suite for diagnostics

-Our barns are set up with wifi and Toughbooks to wirelessly and quickly get your medical records completed, your medications dispensed and you and your horse back on track as quickly as possible.

-We are open 24/7 and staffed 24/7 so your horse gets the care and attention that every patient deserves.

Our FArm to Clinic and BAck Again Program

We are super excited to be rolling out this program! This program enables your horse to be picked up at home and transported to the clinic for hospitalization. We feel very strongly that our patients’ care should not be limited by the fact that owners might not have their own horse trailer. Our patients can be picked up at home and brought to the clinic and then transported home again. This program operates in all three of our farm call zones and the rates are typical hauling rates for transport.

Dunlap Equine clients who have already been using this program really like the peace of mind knowing that their horses can get elevated care in a clinic setting without having to worry about how to get them there or worry about the fact they don’t have a truck and trailer.
